GENERAL DAILY CONTEST RULES Periodically Power FM conducts contests. A pre-designated caller will be the contestant or winner. Contestants are eligible to win once every 30 days. Morning game show contestants can participate once every 30 days with the exception being the Battleship game where listeners can keep participating until they win a prize. The morning show occasionally has special contests where there will be a grand prize drawing from daily contest winners. Power FM will determine the contest winner and interpret the rules. Employees and immediate family members are not eligible. Prizes will be mailed or the winners name will be placed on a guest list. Power FM is not responsible for postal delivery failure or event will call actions. Power FM reserves the right to change the rules of any Power FM contest. Periodically Power FM will also have a staff member out in the Powermobile at remote locations with items, such as tickets, CDs, Power Gear, available to those that show up.

BATTLESHIP CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: 15 CDs from Tooth & Nail and BEC Recording Bands. To participate in the contest, listeners must tune in around 7:35AM weekday mornings and be caller 15 at either Metro (214) or toll free 1 (866) 787-1897. Contestants will try to find and sink one of 15 "3 peg Power Cruisers". Each ship is represented by a Tooth & Nail or BEC Recordings CD which is also the prize for sinking that ship There will be a finders fee prize for contestants who find but do not sink a ship Contestants may continue to fire until they miss or sink a ship Contestants may continue to participate until they are successful in sinking a ship Once a contestant has sunk a ship they are ineligible to try to sink another The contest runs from Monday November 17, 2008 until the all 15 ships are sunk On the morning the final ship is sunk, the grand prize drawing will take place
